TN16 Biggin Hill has a WESTERHAM post town, a Kent market town that is governed by a different authority, and yet it falls within Greater London. This is reversed in BR8 Swanley, which is a Bromley postcode for a portion of Sevenoaks District, Kent. Simply write "Biggin Hill, Bromley BR6" and anyone who lives there can tell. The one thing to prevent is a controller starting to rebuild the drives; this creates a problem because writing to an array that already has fewer than the original number of members removes the chance of a clean, full copy. Get a price first (either via phone call or using the form provided) and then label each carrier with its corresponding bay location before removing it, leave the chassis in place within the rack, and send the disks by themselves or drop them off personally at our Guildford intake lab, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (no appointment required). Each drive will be imaged individually before anything is put back together. Any job that includes two or more drives will start at £500 + VAT.
The whole client ledger is on one office machine. Can it come back?
Typically. Matter files, ledgers, payroll and all related correspondence, stored on a machine where backups were never performed while a legal retention period runs against it: that is considered a normal week’s workload here. Please obtain a quote first (via phone call or using the form provided), then open the case, remove the disk and post that disk alone or drop it off at our Guildford intake lab, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (no appointment needed). A single drive costs £300 + VAT, agreed on paper before any billable work.
Does anyone collect from Bromley or Orpington?
We do not go on site and we have never had a need to do so. This is primarily why we can publish these prices: an insured, tracked parcel is on our bench before a driver would be able to reach your premises, and is significantly cheaper.
