It is. BR8 — Swanley, Hextable, Crockenhill — is mostly Sevenoaks District in Kent, a Bromley-area postcode sitting on Kent ground. The northern villages reverse it: Eynsford and Farningham are DA4 with a DARTFORD post town. TN13 to TN15 hold the town and the weald villages, TN16 runs out to Westerham. As nothing is collected from any of them, the postcode moves neither the price nor the order of work.
