Yes. BR8 (Swanley, Hextable, Crockenhill) is a Bromley-area postcode, though these areas are largely situated in Sevenoaks District in Kent. Each recovery job carried out at this site will always carry a reference to the case. It will never contain your name nor the name of any client of yours. Only the areas of the disk that require opening during the recovery process are accessed, and nothing will ever be sent outside of the laboratory. Thirty days after the disk has been returned to you, all copies made in the course of recovering data from the disk will be deleted. Is there anywhere in the town to leave a drive?
No. There is no location in the town where you could leave a disk, and London does not have a public counter either. All operations take place within a single location, the Guildford intake laboratory, and that address is printed upon the shipping form. Obtain a quote (by either contacting us via telephone or completing the simple form) and then send the media by tracked and insured post from a TN13 post office counter. Typically, we open the media on the following working morning. Alternatively, you may bring the media directly into our Guildford intake laboratory, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, without needing an appointment.
