Ninety-three per cent of the borough's 14,910 businesses employ under ten people, and construction alone is 18 per cent of them. So the work arriving is bakery HACCP logs and batch records, weighbridge tickets and stock-system exports, tachograph downloads that are the legal record of a driver's hours, CNC toolpaths for work already installed, assay and process records, setting-out data for a slab already poured, and the yard recorder whose only copy of last month is on the disk in the box. Get the geography right as well: Edmonton is Enfield and carries N9 and N18 rather than any EN code, while EN4 and EN5 belong to the BARNET post town and EN6 to EN11 sit outside Greater London. Tell us which make of recorder it came out of, because the file system is the manufacturer's own and an engineer needs to know whose. Footage already written over cannot be promised back. What can be promised is a free examination and a figure in writing before anything is billed.

Constantly. When the imaging has told us enough to be straight with you, a completion date follows and you can hold us to that. Weekday calls are answered between 9am and 5:30pm.
