Can a drive be handed over instead?
Only at the intake lab itself, which is in Guildford. Please contact us by phone or with the form to request a quote first, then simply drop off your equipment there during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, no appointment needed). There is no counter in Wandsworth or anywhere else in London. You will find the postal address for Guildford printed on the shipping form provided. For most people, sending the equipment via tracked, insured post is easier, as the package will be opened the working morning after arrival and inspected without charge to you. Postage back to you is also paid by us.
